The Mt. Clemens Bizarre Bazaar was formed by Max & Ollie's Vintage Boutique in partnership with the Mount Clemens DDA. Our goal is to provide a unique venue to allow the community and Vendors to sell items in an exciting, fun event. The Bizarre Bazaar takes place every Saturday (except July 3) through October 2, 2010.

Vendors may begin arriving at the parking lot at 7:00 am and be open for sales by 8 am. If is is raining early but will clear later please come on down. Our customers still come if it is nice later and you may just make that big sale!
The items for sale can be anything from housewares to furniture to collectibles, cars and boats to motorcycles. Bring Aunt Millie’s estate china, that stuff in the basement you don’t know what to do with, tools, china, old stuff, new stuff, kids stuff, whatever you have that needs to find a new home. Prohibited items are; food, weapons, live animals, drugs, parephenalia, drugs and alcoholic beverages.
All items must be marked with a price, or placed in a container with the price clearly stated.
Canopies are allowed. If you want to use a canopy you must rent 2 spaces to accommodate the covering if it is more than 9 feet wide. Absolutely no staking canopies into the ground.

Please clean your space before leaving. Dumpsters and trash cans are for visitors, you are expected to take your trash with you when you leave.
Under no circumstances are the trash cans and dumpsters to be used for items you did not sell.

The Market closes at 1 pm. Drop and sell vendors will be allowed to drive in at 1 pm, unless weather dictates otherwise. Contact the Bazaar Boss if you wish to make other arrangements.
You must be out of the parking lot no later than 4 pm.
Disputes will be handled by the Bazaar Boss who is the final authority.
Please check with the Bazaar Boss or the website for changes in the rules and procedures, also for information regarding inclement weather. You may call Diane at 586-868-3092 or check this site in the event of market closure due to weather.
